The InQbator Educational Program to Enhance our Future

QuartSoft has organized a new educational program for students called InQbator. The name itself implies that our team wants to apply our experience and knowledge to educate the next generation of IT-specialists in Kramatorsk and nearby cities. We do not conceal the fact that one of the purposes of these training courses is to identify promising young people to turn them into world class specialists in the domain of web technologies who could join our team and reinforce QuartSoft’s competitiveness and market position in the future.

The IT-specialists training courses from QuartSoft are absolutely free and targeted at anyone who is willing to acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in implementing web design, web development and mobile applications projects. As early as at the application stage we were surprised by the number of those who wished to attend the courses.

With more than 130 applications having been submitted, our team was pretty much encouraged by young people’s keen interest in interacting with QuartSoft experts to enrich their knowledge and experience. The InQbator educational program is special because in addition to lectures on graphic design and web development by our experts the attendees will have the opportunity to participate in real projects implementation. The company had organized project ideas submissions which resulted in more than 20 applications to be reviewed and considered for implementation. Furthermore we are considering funding the best projects. QuartSoft hopes that the InQbator training courses will become a good tradition and help us enhance our staff with promising young people wishing to become a part of our team and work on interesting web design and development projects with us at the international level. The administration of QuartSoft wants to thank Donbas State Mechanical Engineering Academy for support and providing a lecture room for our training needs.
